Laura Erickson’s For the Birds

I’ve never been quick enough to get photos of this fairly common insectivore, though I’ve seen it on several occasions. Living up to its name, it roosts and nests in palm fronds, and can be found in urban areas as well as wilder habitats where palm trees grow.
