Sound Recording: Broad-tailed Hummingbird

Recorded on Aug. 11, 2019 Recorded in Mt. Lemmon, Pima County, Arizona

This bird would be so easy to record if other people weren’t there. This was at a feeding station–during the recording, the only species present was the Broad-tailed, so the chipping, wing whirs, and also the high trill produced by the wings were all its sounds. Made on my iPhone on a field trip with the Southeastern Arizona Birding Festival; there is lots of noise in the background that I tried to edit out.
