Laura recorded this at a lek on Airport Road in Oulu. Distant traffic on Highway 2 is heard in the background. Laura cut out most of the cars going right down the road. One driver took umbrage and beeped his horn–that was left in. The directional microphone was set in much closer to the birds than to the road, but cars are noisy.
